Hello, Welcome to Self-image Transformation.

My name is Paul Groat, and I’ve spent many decades digging into what makes us tick and exploring ways to improve our journey.

While i have had some great wins, I spent much of this time frustrated. I have tried many modalities for self-improvement and unfortunately, after the “high” from the program wore off in a few weeks, i realized that nothing much shifted

I wanted to know why.

That question led me down a path that changed everything: the world of self-image psychology.

Here’s what I discovered: You can have all the strategies, affirmations, and action plans in the world, but if they conflict with your self-image, they won’t work.

Your unconscious self-image acts like a thermostat, constantly pulling you back to what feels “like you.”

Most people don’t even know their self-image exists. Even fewer know how to change it.
This realization was my game changer. I started applying these principles to my own life and saw transformation in areas where years of other work had failed. Then I began testing these tools with clients, combining my business acumen with deep psychological techniques.
